My newest addition to Jellies. Most of the Jellies are made from fruit infused wine created at the 'Peaks of Otter' winery. Supplies of these are limited to available wines.
 

Made with special Pectin that does not contain sugar. I use Splenda to sweeten the jellies. They do not have the same sweetness as other jams, since they are geared for the diabetics taste. The texture and color of the sugar free jellies is different.

These Jams and Jellies have special ingredients like nuts and different liquors. While the alcohol evaporates in the cooking process, the flavor stays and makes for some exciting combinations of taste sensations.
